Do not come to this place, they will only take your money and not do the work. Took my truck in for oil change, wheel balance and alignment. They did the oil change, never completed the alignment or the balancing due to not having the adapter. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to find a place that had the adapter and kept going in to find out what they were going to do and never a satisfactory result. Finally asked for my money back and they refused stating it's been a month. So they took my money but never performed the $115.00 worth of work they charged me for. If you value your time and money do not bother using them.

May 29, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend Joe Milner, the manager at Tuffy’s Auto Service, for the absolutely outstanding customer service he provided to me during my recent visit. When I arrived at Tuffy’s on May 29, 2026, I was extremely upset and overwhelmed regarding ongoing issues with my vehicle. Having already spent over $4,000 on repairs just a month earlier, I was frustrated, worried, and emotionally exhausted at the thought of experiencing additional car trouble. From the moment I met Joe, however, his kindness, patience, and professionalism immediately helped calm my concerns. In a world where exceptional customer service has become increasingly rare, Joe demonstrated a level of compassion and professionalism that truly stood out. He took the time to carefully explain what was happening with my vehicle, answered my questions thoroughly, and reassured me with confidence that he would take care of the issue. Despite the pouring rain outside, Joe ensured that I felt comfortable while waiting and kept me informed throughout the process. Within approximately an hour and a half, I was back on the road with my car driving bett

Tuffy has great customer service and friendly staff. I called for a service and was able to be seen as soon as I arrived. Joe ensured that I had an understanding of everything that was being done and was very friendly. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the pricing can’t be beat! Definitely will recommend this location to others and they’ve gained a new customer! Than you for the great service.

Took my car in for basic maintenance, the service advisor Garry did a good job letting me know the issues on my car. And the mechanic Adam, was very nice and thorough with the inspection. Price was reasonable and will definitely come back again :)

My family has been going to this tuffy since we lived here. My grandpa had 14 cars and would bring them all in over time. We were treated very well by Jason. He never made us feel like we were uneducated. When I got my car in September 2022 they told me it was in the best condition they had ever seen for a car from 2003… and then said that 75% of the car had problems. The car had a new battery when I got it and was overall pretty good for that old of a car. They fixed everything and it was $3000 which is a lot of money for someone who was in high school making $9000 a year. A couple of months go by and I went to start my car in a parking lot to go home and it wouldn’t start. The tow truck was only able to start my car with their jumper cables because normal jumper cables didn’t even work. We brought it in and they told me that my alternator was messed up. They were the only people that had ever fixed my car but they still made me pay for the fix. Jump forward to about a year later and my car won’t start again. It would turn on if jumped with the tow truck jumper cables just like last time. The only problem is that it wouldn’t start without help from a second battery. We broug
